HI! I finally decided to take the plunge and start my own website after being a dedicated blog surfer for many years. I have always had a love of cooking from a young age and would pretend I had my own cooking show which was being recorded through the oven (of course!). My parents may even have a few memories of kitchen disasters involving exploding blenders, burnt fried rice, cookies, and much more.
Ever since college, I have had stomach issues which has been from different degrees of annoying to laying in the fetal position. I would see doctors who would diagnose me with IBS and give me little to no solutions. It wasn’t until two years ago I decided to see a new doctor who introduced me to the FODMAP diet and recommended I work with his nutritionist. WOW-life changing in the best way possible. I thought I was eating all the right healthy foods but it turns out everything I was eating was only making me feel worse. This is where the FODMAP diet comes into play and turned the way I eat and cook upside down. I am so excited for you to be a part of this journey with me!
