Green Smoothie Popsicle

Smoothies are tough on my tummy.  I drink them too fast and I get instant bloating and feel gross immediately.  I had this brilliant idea the other day to turn my smoothies into popsicles.  This is a perfect way to portion them out and to eat them slower (wishful thinking).

Green Smoothie Popsicles

Print Recipe
Serves: 2 Cooking Time: 4 hours


  • 3/4 Cup Coconut Water
  • 1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds (optional)
  • Half of a Banana
  • 1 Cup Fresh Spinach
  • 1/2 Cup Frozen Pineapple Chunks



Combine all of the ingredients into a blender until completely blended.


Pour into Popsicle molds and freeze for at least 4 hours.
