This easy to make FODMAP safe pasta sauce is packed with flavor!
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 medium tomatoes, roughly chopped
- 1 tbsp non-oil packed sun-dried tomatoes
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
- 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp sea salt & ground pepper
Instructions
- Using a food processor or blender, add all of the ingredients until fully blended.
- Serve over hot pasta.
Notes
This will stay fresh in a closed container in the refrigerator for up to a week. Enjoy!
