Description

This easy to make FODMAP safe pasta sauce is packed with flavor!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 medium tomatoes, roughly chopped
  • 1 tbsp non-oil packed sun-dried tomatoes 
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt & ground pepper

Instructions

  1. Using a food processor or blender, add all of the ingredients until fully blended.
  2. Serve over hot pasta

Notes

This will stay fresh in a closed container in the refrigerator for up to a week.  Enjoy!
