I love jam! There is nothing like a good piece of toast (gluten free or sourdough obviously) with fresh jam on it. Strawberries are low FODMAP foods but with jam it’s hard to find a store bought brand that has no corn syrup or an insane amount of sugar. After some research and my own personal adaptions I came up with the most perfect strawberry lime jam recipe. Let me know what you think…also what are your favorite jam flavors?!
