Description
An easy to make chicken burger made in the air fryer.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
- 1 egg white
- 1/2 tsp sea salt & ground pepper
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp dried basil
Instructions
1. Preheat the air fryer to 360 degrees.
2. Cook for 14 minutes, flipping halfway through, approximately 14 minutes or until chicken cooks to 165 degrees.
Notes
Serve with your favorite FODMAP safe bun or lettuce wrap!
