Air Fryer French Fries

Description

These french fries are as addicting as the traditional version but without being fried!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 russet potatoes, thinly cut
  • 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1 tsp sea salt 

Instructions

  1. Cut the potatoes into thin strips (as thin as you desire or won’t cut your fingers)
  2. Soak the potatoes in a large bowl of cold water for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Drain the potatoes and pat dry with paper towels.
  4. In a large bowl combine the potato slices, olive oil and seasonings.
  5. Preheat the air fryer per your specific air fryer instructions.  Once preheated add the seasoned potatoes and select the french fry selection on the machine.  Cook for 28 minutes, shaking once halfway through.

Notes

Serve with your favorite FODMAP safe condiment!
