Description

A satisfying and light cucumber salad.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 Cups Cucumbers, thinly sliced
  • 2 Tablespoons Rice Wine Vinegar
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Honey
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Sesame Seeds
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Sea Salt
  • Dash of Red Pepper Flakes

Instructions

  1. Finely slice cucumbers and set aside in a medium-size bowl.
  2. Add sesame seeds to cucumbers.
  3. In a separate small bowl, whisk remaining ingredients and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to marinade.
