Description
A satisfying and light cucumber salad.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 Cups Cucumbers, thinly sliced
- 2 Tablespoons Rice Wine Vinegar
- 1/2 Teaspoon Honey
- 1/2 Teaspoon Sesame Seeds
- 1/4 Teaspoon Sesame Oil
- 1/4 Teaspoon Sea Salt
- Dash of Red Pepper Flakes
Instructions
- Finely slice cucumbers and set aside in a medium-size bowl.
- Add sesame seeds to cucumbers.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk remaining ingredients and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to marinade.
