Salmon is such an easy and healthy FODMAP dish.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 Ounces Wild Salmon
  • Sea Salt & Pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon Maple Syrup
  • Lemons, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Place salmon on a lined baking sheet. Generously season salmon with salt and pepper. Drizzle maple syrup evenly onto salmon and place lemon slices on top.
  3. Bake for 15-18 minutes until cooked through.
