These are delicious over waffles, yogurt or ice cream!

Instructions

  1. In a medium-size saucepan, add pecans and roast for 2 minutes over medium-low heat. Mixing frequently in order for pecans not to burn.
  2. Add maple syrup & cinnamon and continue stirring for an additional 5 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and add vanilla extract. Cool to room temperature before serving. Store in airtight container.
