Description
These are delicious over waffles, yogurt or ice cream!
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 Cup Pecan Halves
- Scant of Sea Salt
- 2 Tablespoons Maple Syrup
- 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
Instructions
- In a medium-size saucepan, add pecans and roast for 2 minutes over medium-low heat. Mixing frequently in order for pecans not to burn.
- Add maple syrup & cinnamon and continue stirring for an additional 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and add vanilla extract. Cool to room temperature before serving. Store in airtight container.
