Description
A quick dessert to eat by itself or add to yogurt, oatmeal or ice cream.

- 1 Banana, sliced
- 1 Teaspoon Coconut Oil
- 1 Teaspoon Water
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 Teaspoon Maple Syrup
- Sprinkle of Cinnamon
- Sprinkle of Sea Salt
Instructions
- Combine water, vanilla extract and maple syrup in a small bowl. Set aside.
- Heat coconut oil on medium-high heat in a nonstick skillet.
- Add banana slices and let cook for 2 minutes, until bananas start to crisp and brown. Flip over and pour in the sauce. Let boil for 30 seconds and remove from heat.
