Who says chocolate can’t be eaten for breakfast? This is a delicious breakfast or dessert treat!
Ingredients

- 1 1/4 Cup Full Fat Coconut Milk
- 1/4 Cup Chia Seeds
- 3 Tablespoons High-Quality Cocoa Powder
- 1/4 Teaspoon Sea Salt
- 2 Tablespoons Maple Syrup
Instructions
- In a glass jar (a mason jar is perfect) combine all of the ingredients and cover with a lid. Shake well until ingredients are combined.
- Place in refrigerator overnight and serve chilled.
Notes
Be mindful of serving size as coconut milk as a low FODMAP portion is 1/4 cup.
