Description
A delicious and healthy dessert to keep handy in the freezer.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 firm Banana, frozen & sliced into 1-inch pieces
- 1/2 Cup Dark Chocolate Chips, good quality of your choice
- Toppings of your choice (I used goji berries, Unsweetened Coconut Shreds & chopped walnuts)
Instructions
- Melt chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl at 30-second intervals. Making sure to stir in between.
- Cover bananas in chocolate and place on parchment lined sheet. Top each banana immediately and continue dipping bananas into chocolate, top, repeat.
- Set in refrigerator to harden completely.
Notes
These can be stored in the freezer until ready to enjoy!
