I seriously love all things Popsicle during the hot summer months! What is better than an already portion sized dessert you can grab and go?!? I hate having to deal with ice cream sometimes, who wants to deal with scooping and thawing. What makes these babies even better is you can categorize them under safe FODMAP popsicles. You can find FODMAP safe options in the store but I have trouble finding ones that aren’t too sweet. I don’t like all the added sugar, it makes my stomach feel sour which is the last thing you want in the summer time. Plus these take literally 5 minutes to make and poof you’re done!!
What’s your favorite summer time treat?!
