A homemade cranberry sauce recipe that takes less than 20 minutes!
Ingredients

- 1 – 10 oz bag of frozen cranberries
- 1/4 cup raw sugar
- 2 clementines or 1 orange, juiced and zested
Instructions
- In a medium-sized saucepan, add all of the ingredients and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until cranberries begin to burst and thicken into a sauce.
Notes
It is important to note to watch your portion size of cranberry sauce. One to two tablespoons should be safe on the FODMAP diet but start small and see how you react.
