Description

This insanely delicious spinach dip will fool even the biggest cheese lover!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package frozen chopped spinach or 10 ounces fresh spinach, drained
  • 2 tbsp chopped green onion
  • 3/4 cup plain lactose-free sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt & pepper
  • 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
  • 1/4 cup gluten-free bread crumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
  2. In a medium sized bowl, gently mix the ingredients together.
  3. Spray a 12 ounce baking dish with nonstick cooking spray and add the spinach dip to the dish.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes until bubbling and hot.

Notes

Serve with your favorite crackers, chips and FODMAP safe vegetables.
