Dark Chocolate Covered Strawberries

  1. Half a Dozen Strawberries washed and dried
  2. 3/4 Cup Dark Chocolate Chips
  3. Toppings: I used Cacao Nibs, Unsweetened Coconut Shreds & sprinkles.

Instructions

  1. Using a double boiler (or microwave) melt chocolate until smooth.
  2. Dip strawberries generously with chocolate and place on wax lined baking sheet.
  3. Decorate with toppings of your choice and place in refrigerator for at least 60 minutes to harden.
