Description

A FODMAP-safe appetizer is a crowd pleaser for any party!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 hard-boiled eggs, peeled
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp dijon mustard (garlic and onion free)
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • paprika (garlic free), optional

Instructions

  1. Gently cut peeled eggs length wise.
  2. Remove the egg yolk and place yolk into a small bowl.
  3. Add mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper and mash with a fork.
  4. Using a spoon, fill the egg white with the yolk mixture.
  5. Sprinkle with paprika (optional).
  6. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
