A FODMAP-safe appetizer is a crowd pleaser for any party!
Ingredients

- 6 hard-boiled eggs, peeled
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tsp dijon mustard (garlic and onion free)
- salt & pepper to taste
- paprika (garlic free), optional
Instructions
- Gently cut peeled eggs length wise.
- Remove the egg yolk and place yolk into a small bowl.
- Add mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper and mash with a fork.
- Using a spoon, fill the egg white with the yolk mixture.
- Sprinkle with paprika (optional).
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
