A delicious and filling smoothie to make for breakfast or a snack.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup milk of your choice, I prefer MALK unsweetened almond milk
- 1/8 cup seed or Peanut Butter of your choice
- 2 tbsp High-Quality Cocoa Powder
- 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1/2 cup strawberries
- 1 small banana, frozen
- dash of sea salt
Instructions
- In a blender combine all of the ingredients.
- Serve immediately.
