Instructions

  1. In a medium-size bowl, whisk all the ingredients together except for the bread.
  2. Dip each side of the bread into the wet mix until well coated.
  3. On a large sprayed pan, place the bread and cook on medium-low heat for 3 minutes on each side (or until golden brown).

Notes

Serve immediately with your favorite fruit and maple syrup!
