Description
There is nothing better than french toast on the weekend!
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 Pieces of Gluten-Free Bread ( I prefer Bread Srsly Sourdough bread)
- 2 Eggs, whites only
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- Dash of Orange Juice (optional)
- Dash of FODMAP Safe Milk (I prefer MALK almond or pecan milk)
- 1 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
Instructions
- In a medium-size bowl, whisk all the ingredients together except for the bread.
- Dip each side of the bread into the wet mix until well coated.
- On a large sprayed pan, place the bread and cook on medium-low heat for 3 minutes on each side (or until golden brown).
Notes
Serve immediately with your favorite fruit and maple syrup!
