A delicious and healthy popsicle perfect for breakfast or a snack!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 3/4 Cup Coconut Water
  • 1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds (optional)
  • Half of a Banana
  • 1 Cup Fresh Spinach
  • 1/2 Cup Frozen Pineapple Chunks

Instructions

  1. Combine all of the ingredients into a blender until completely blended.
  2. Pour into Popsicle molds and freeze for at least 4 hours.
