Ingredients
Scale
- 3/4 Cup Coconut Water
- 1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds (optional)
- Half of a Banana
- 1 Cup Fresh Spinach
- 1/2 Cup Frozen Pineapple Chunks
Instructions
- Combine all of the ingredients into a blender until completely blended.
- Pour into Popsicle molds and freeze for at least 4 hours.
