A grilled vegetable side dish perfect to go alongside a main dish.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package of whole bok choy (total of 4 pieces)
  • 1 Teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 Teaspoon Tamari (or soy sauce if not gluten-free)
  • Sprinkle of Sesame Seeds

Instructions

  1. Blot a grill pan with a sesame oil and heat to medium-high.
  2. Place bok choy and grill about 4 minutes on each side.
  3. Remove from heat and drizzle soy sauce and sesame seeds.
