I’m always looking for FODMAP snacks that are not only healthy, easy to make and delicious! That’s not asking for too much, is it?!? Let me tell you where this recipe came from. My husband the other day was eating vegetables (maybe because I was forcing them into his mouth) and asked if we had ranch dip. I looked at him with a face of disgust and realized that was because I was thinking of the highly processed version you buy at the grocery store. This version is not only packed with flavor but lasts in the refrigerator for up to a week. The ingredients use a vegan mayonnaise and my favorite MALK organics unsweetened almond milk as the base.
Herb Infused Ranch Dip with FODMAP Safe Vegetables

Description
Serve with your favorite FODMAP safe vegetables like carrots, cucumbers and red and orange bell peppers.
Ingredients
- 1 cup vegan mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp MALK Organics Milk – unsweetened almond milk
- 3 tsp fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tsp fresh green onion, chopped
- 2 tsp parsley, chopped
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
Instructions
- Whisk all of the ingredients together and refrigerate before serving.
