Description

This is the easiest and most delicious tofu recipe!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package of firm pressed tofu
  • 1 tablespoon corn starch
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt & pepper

Instructions

  1. Remove tofu from package and place in between paper towels between two plates.
  2. Put a heavy object like a jar, sauce pan, etc. on top of a plate and let sit for 15-20 minutes. This will speed the process of draining the moisture out of the tofu. (Halfway through you’ll want to swap out paper towels if they get too soaked).
  3. Cube tofu and place in a large bowl.  Gently mix the corn starch, salt & pepper.
  4. Place the tofu on a parchment covered baking sheet.
  5. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes, flip and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
  6. Let rest for a few minutes in order to firm up the tofu even more.
