Description
This is the easiest and most delicious tofu recipe!
Ingredients

- 1 package of firm pressed tofu
- 1 tablespoon corn starch
- 1/2 teaspoon salt & pepper
Instructions
- Remove tofu from package and place in between paper towels between two plates.
- Put a heavy object like a jar, sauce pan, etc. on top of a plate and let sit for 15-20 minutes. This will speed the process of draining the moisture out of the tofu. (Halfway through you’ll want to swap out paper towels if they get too soaked).
- Cube tofu and place in a large bowl. Gently mix the corn starch, salt & pepper.
- Place the tofu on a parchment covered baking sheet.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes, flip and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
- Let rest for a few minutes in order to firm up the tofu even more.
