Ingredients

- 2 Tablespoons Grape Seed Oil
- 1 Cup Basmati Rice, soaked in water for 30 minutes and rinsed
- 1 Tablespoon Fresh Ginger, minced
- 1 Teaspoon Lemon Zest
- Half of Lemon, juiced
- 1 Cup Water
- 1 Cup FODMAP Safe Low Sodium Chicken Broth
- 1 tsp Salt
Instructions
- Heat oil in a medium saucepan on medium heat.
- Add rice, ginger, zest and stir for one minute.
- Add water, broth, juice, and salt.
- Bring a pot to a boil, reduce heat to a simmer and cover for 18 minutes.
- Let stand for 5 minutes, covered off of the heat.
