Description
A guacamole recipe without the onions and garlic but still packed with so much flavor!
Ingredients
Scale
- 4 Avocados
- 1 Lime, juice
- 1 Small Tomato, loosely chopped
- Salt & Pepper, to taste
- 1 Teaspoon Cilantro, loosely chopped (optional)
Instructions
- In a medium-sized bowl, add all of the ingredients and season to taste.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
Notes
If you are making this ahead of time, leave the pit of the avocado in the guacamole. It will keep it from turning brown.
According to the Monash University Low Fodmap Diet Guide, 1/8 cup serving size of avocados is safe and you can even push it to 1/4 cup serving size if you’re not sensitive to sorbitols.
