Description

A classic spin on a chocolate chip cookie!

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a medium-sized bowl, combine oats, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a large sized bowl, mix sugar, oil, egg and vanilla extract. Combine dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix well.
  4. Add chocolate chips to batter until just combined.
  5. Put a tablespoon size scoop of batter on a parchment-lined baking sheet and cook for 11 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Immediately sprinkle sea salt on cookies and let cool before serving (if you can wait :0).
