Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease an 8×8 brownie pan and line with parchment paper.
  2. Combine sunflower butter, sugar, and vanilla in a large bowl and mix.
  3. Add the olive oil and mix in the eggs.
  4. Add in the cocoa powder and salt and slowly mix in the chocolate chips.
  5. Pour the thick batter into the greased brownie pan.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes or until a clean toothpick comes out.
