Description

Craving something sweet but don’t want to be too naughty? This dessert is so simple and delicious!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 medium unripe bananas, sliced and frozen (let thaw for about 2030 minutes to soften before blending)
  • 2 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder
  • 2 Tablespoons Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 Teaspoon Maple Syrup
  • Pinch of Salt
  • A handful of Crushed Ice (optional, only if needed)

Instructions

  1. In a blender or food processor add all of the ingredients. This takes a few minutes as the ingredients are thick.
  2. Remove mixture and place in freezer safe container. Freeze for at least 30 minutes before serving.
