Ingredients

  • 1 Pound Sockeye Salmon
  • 2 Tablespoons Pesto
  • 1 Lemon, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. On a lined baking sheet place salmon skin side down. Spread pesto evenly onto salmon & place lemon slices on top.
  3. Bake for 15 minutes or until desired doneness.

Notes

This dinner can be prepared and on the table in under 20 minutes. What’s better than that?!
