Description

A classic side dish with a twist of lemon and fresh herbs.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 Pound Small Potatoes, cut in quarters (l like using the tri-color potatoes)
  • 1/4 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Half of a Lemon, juiced
  • 1 Tablespoon Dried Dill
  • 1 Teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Ground Pepper
  • 2 Sprigs of Fresh Rosemary

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
  3. Spread on a baking sheet & bake for 45 minutes, flipping once.
