Description
A classic side dish with a twist of lemon and fresh herbs.
Ingredients

- 1/2 Pound Small Potatoes, cut in quarters (l like using the tri-color potatoes)
- 1/4 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Half of a Lemon, juiced
- 1 Tablespoon Dried Dill
- 1 Teaspoon Sea Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Ground Pepper
- 2 Sprigs of Fresh Rosemary
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
- Spread on a baking sheet & bake for 45 minutes, flipping once.
