Description

A super easy and delicious fajita recipe for a quick dinner time meal.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1.25 pounds raw large shrimp, peeled & deveined
  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced horizontally
  • 1 orange bell pepper, thinly sliced horizontally
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1.5 tbsp Fody Foods Taco Seasoning
  • 1/2 lime, juice
  • Cilantro (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
  2. In a medium size bowl, add all of the ingredients and gently mix together.
  3. Spread the shrimp & vegetables on an aluminum lined baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes until the shrimp has been cooked through.

Notes

Serve with your favorite corn tortillas or rice.
