A super easy and delicious fajita recipe for a quick dinner time meal.
Ingredients

- 1.25 pounds raw large shrimp, peeled & deveined
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced horizontally
- 1 orange bell pepper, thinly sliced horizontally
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1.5 tbsp Fody Foods Taco Seasoning
- 1/2 lime, juice
- Cilantro (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
- In a medium size bowl, add all of the ingredients and gently mix together.
- Spread the shrimp & vegetables on an aluminum lined baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes until the shrimp has been cooked through.
Notes
Serve with your favorite corn tortillas or rice.
