Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup FODMAP safe milk
- A handful of fresh spinach
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 tsp of spirulina
- 2 scoops of FODMAP friendly protein powder
- 1 scoop of collagen powder
Instructions
- In a blender, add all of the ingredients and blend until combined.
- Serve immediately.
