Description
A super easy gluten-free pasta salad to easily feed a crowd.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 container of gluten-free bow tie pasta
- 1 small orange or red bell pepper, diced
- 1 small tomato, diced
- 1 small zucchini, diced
- 1/3 cup Fody Foods Garden Herb Salad Dressing
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp fresh basil, chiffon
Instructions
- Set a medium size pot to a bowl and cook pasta according to instructions.
- Drain pasta and pour into a large bowl. Gently incorporate the diced vegetables, salad dressing, salt & pepper, and basil to the pasta.
- Serve immediately or at room temperature.
