Funny story: Years ago I had scoliosis surgery (not the funny part of the story I swear) and refused to eat any of the nasty hospital food.  Our sweet family friend brought me healthy strawberry Popsicle but for whatever reason I refused to eat the chunks of strawberry.  I would spit them out into my Dad’s hand each time.  I was in so much pain that I didn’t think twice about how gross that was but what cracks me is my Dad is a bit of germaphobe and he felt that badly for me he let me do it!  Now that’s true love! 😉 Continue to Recipe
