I love weekend brunches with friends and family but sometimes it can be hard to find favorites like french toast that are safe under breakfast recipes IBS. I don’t always want to be forced to eat oatmeal, eggs or potatoes. This recipe is super easy and simple to make plus it is perfect for a lazy weekend morning.

Side note: I absolutely love this gluten-free sourdough bread from a San Francisco bakery named Bread SRLSY. I would order and have this shipped all the way to Houston until I reintroduced bakery style sourdough bread back into my diet.
