    FODMAP foods - Low FODMAP Raw Energy Balls

    One of the hardest aspects for me on the FODMAP diet is finding healthy grab and go snacks.  These are my favorite for just that reason plus they keep me full when I’m out and need a quick snack that I know will give me energy.

    I know there are a TON of variations of energy ball recipes but the majority of them are not low FODMAP due to the high quantities of dried fruit or high FODMAP nuts like cashews. This is my basic recipe for energy balls that can be built on.  I think next time I’ll try unsweetened coconut flakes.  What should I try next?  Any other ideas? Continue to Recipe
