I’m talking about my husband not a toddler, scary right?! 😉 This pesto is not only garlic and dairy free but also has zucchini hidden in it. This pesto is delicious over a big bowl of pasta or even as a marinade for fish or chicken. There are a whole list of FODMAP dinner recipes that can be used with this pesto.
