    Pecan Crusted Baked Salmon

    It’s funny to think that only a few years ago I started eating seafood and now it is one of my main sources of protein.  It is recommended to eat fish at least twice a week and it cooks so quickly which is perfect for weeknight dinners.

    You know how you are supposed to take something from every single relationship or dating experience that you have (in order to grow and learn, yadda, yadda, yadda).  Well, I would say the introduction to seafood is the only thing I can think of I gained in one particular dating situation.  But hey it really was life changing! 😛 Continue to Recipe
