Description
These brownies are made with nutritious packed teff flour. You can feel good about eating these treats!

- 1 Cup Teff Flour
- 1/2 Cup High-Quality Cocoa Powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon Sea Salt
- 4 Eggs
- 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1 Cup Raw Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Coconut Oil, melted
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 Cup Dark Chocolate Chips
- 1/2 Cup Chopped Walnuts (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a small bowl combine flour, cocoa powder, & salt. Set aside.
- In a medium-size bowl mix sugars, coconut oil, vanilla & eggs. Combine dry ingredients to wet ingredients.
- Gently fold in the walnuts and chocolate chips.
- Spray an 8×8 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray and with your hands press the dough evenly into pan.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
