Description

An addicting chocolate bread made with teff flour.

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 300 Degrees and grease a large loaf pan with nonstick spray.
  2. Cream together butter, sugar & eggs.
  3. Add the ground almonds, baking powder, flaxseed, flours, cacao & milk. Beat until combined.
  4. Stir in chocolate and pour into loaf pan.
  5. Bake for 55-60 minutes, until toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Let cool in pan for 15 minutes in order to set.

Notes

Keep loaf in the refrigerator.
