Description
A flavor packed burger with Thai flavors makes for one delicious burger!
Ingredients

- 1 Lb. Ground Turkey
- 1/4 Cup Green Onions, chopped
- 1 Tablespoon Fresh Ginger, minced
- 1 Tablespoon Fresh Mint and/or Basil, chopped
- 1/4 Cup Gluten Free Bread Crumbs
- 1 Egg, lightly beaten
- 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce or Tamari
- 1 Teaspoon Fish Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Lime Zest
- Nonstick cooking spray
Instructions
- In a large bowl combine all of the ingredients. Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes to help keep the burgers firm while cooking.
- Shape ground turkey mixture into 4-5″ size patties.
- On a sprayed grill pan on medium-high heat, place patties and cook 5 minutes on each side until cooked through.
Notes
Serve with your favorite bun or lettuce.
