Description
A classic burger recipe that will quickly be added to your weekly meal rotation!
Ingredients

- 1 Package of Ground Turkey
- 1/4 Cup Gluten Free Bread Crumbs
- 1 Egg White
- 2 Tablespoons Tamari (or soy sauce if not gluten-free)
- 2 Tablespoons Green Onions, chopped
- 1/4 Cup Fresh Herbs (I used dill and parsley)
- Salt & Pepper
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients and mix well.
- Form patties into medium size circles and pat down. You can let these refrigerate to harden if you have time.
- In a large skillet on medium-high heat, spray pan with nonstick oil and cook turkey burger 6 minutes on each side, flipping until cooked through.
