A satisfying FODMAP safe dinner recipe to make any night of the week!
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 package of ground turkey
- 1/4 cup + 1 tbsp pesto
- 1 egg white
- 1/4 cup gluten-free bread crumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- Gluten-free pasta of your choice
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- In a large bowl Gently mix in all of the meatball ingredients (excluding the pasta of course) and form into roughly 1 inch round balls.
- Place the meatballs on a parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 18-20 minutes or until no longer pink in the middle.
- While the meatballs are baking, cook the pasta according to the box instructions.
Notes
Feel free to use leftover pesto for the pasta.
