Description
A smoothie packed with vitamin C in the form of oranges, spinach and carrots!
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 navel orange, skin removed
- 2 medium carrots, peeled
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 cup FODMAP safe milk (I prefer Malk Organics Maple Pecan Milk)
- A handful of ice (optional)
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup (optional)
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. This may take 2-3 minutes as the carrots need to be broken down.
