Description

A smoothie packed with vitamin C in the form of oranges, spinach and carrots!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 navel orange, skin removed
  • 2 medium carrots, peeled
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 cup FODMAP safe milk (I prefer Malk Organics Maple Pecan Milk)
  • A handful of ice (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.  This may take 2-3 minutes as the carrots need to be broken down.
