It is no secret that I have a huge sweet tooth and during the summer months my taste buds crave something cold and refreshing. There is nothing like being in the Texas heat and coming inside for a light and refreshing dessert like this! I love all the summertime fruits like berries, cantaloupe, and honeydew and always try to buy in bulk when on sale. There is nothing better than having summer berries frozen in the freezer for those fall and winter months! What makes it even better is that these summer time fruits are also FODMAP safe! Win, win! Please note this recipe is more of a granita than sorbet as it’s more flakier than a traditional sorbet. What’s your favorite summer time Fodmap dessert recipes?! Check out some of my favorite ice cream recipes: peanut butter banana ice cream and strawberry basil ice cream.
