teff recipes

I think by now you know that I love chocolate and I love a good bread and i’m always looking for good teff recipes.  Combining both is just perfection! You need to check out this teff recipe sent to me by Claire, whose family has been in the farming industry for 7 generations.  The teff produced at their Michigan farm is unlike any other that I have tried. There are so many health benefits to teff as well. It is a great gluten free alternative that is high in protein, calcium and iron. You won’t feel nearly as bad about eating this delicious chocolate bread. 🙂
