I don’t know what it is but during the summer months, all I want to do is be by the pool eating delicious foods like a FODMAP burger. It is too hot to do anything else, am I right?! Unfortunately, I have found it difficult to order burgers out at restaurants because most have garlic, onion, and breadcrumbs already mixed into the patty. Luckily, I have nailed down how to make a perfect burger. I have found that it doesn’t take much to make a delicious burger that is packed with flavor.
In honor of summer and being from Texas, I created a burger using barbecue sauce as the star ingredient! I am so glad I discovered Fody BBQ sauce as it doesn’t have garlic or onion in the ingredients as so many sauces do. These burgers would go fabulously with coleslaw and potato salad.
